If the analysis has already begun or the service has been delivered (partially or fully), cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

Payments made for astrology consultations, reports, or remedies are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

4. Duplicate Payments & Technical Errors

In cases of duplicate payments or verified technical errors, users may contact AstroShades within a reasonable time frame. Verified cases may be resolved through a refund or service adjustment at the sole discretion of AstroShades.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling of live consultations may be considered if requested in advance. Approval of rescheduling is subject to availability and astrologer discretion.

Missed consultations without prior notice will be treated as completed services and will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

6. Cancellation by AstroShades

AstroShades reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or unavailability.

In such cases, users will be offered either a rescheduled session or an appropriate refund, as deemed suitable.

7. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking system.

8. No Chargebacks Policy

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting AstroShades for resolution may result in permanent restriction from future services.
